Ciaran holds a BA (Hons) in Counselling and Addiction studies with over 20yrs experience in the field of addiction and recovery. Ciaran's skills lie in his ability to combine addiction and mental health issues by applying a person centred approach. Ciaran also works with groups and facilitates aftercare, relapse prevention and family support groups. Ciaran's humanistic approach helps the client to consider the whole person, mind, body and spirit – and finds favour with one or more types of approaches tailored in a way that meets the individual needs. Ciaran's experience extends to also including working with abuse, anxiety, anger management, grief and loss, relationship issues by empowering, supporting and guiding each person throughout the therapeutic process.

Ann holds a BA in counselling with Addiction studies and BA (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Helping each individual to become the best version of themselves Ann is an integrative counsellor recognising the effects of childhood and past experiences which play a considerable part in the issues that emerge in later life. Recognising the dignity that each person holds thereby creating a safe therapeutic space for people to work through personal issues including traumatic events, grief and loss, anxiety, relationship issues, co-dependency, bullying, poor self-image, addiction and more, working through challenges in a personalized, supportive environment of growth.

Alison holds a B.A. Addiction Studies B.A. Hons Counselling & Psychotherapy Dip Social Science. She is an integrative therapist, blending various therapeutic approaches to best suit clients needs. Alison has a special interest in family systems, recognizing the importance of understanding relational dynamics in the healing process. She will incorporate mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) techniques as appropriate, helping clients manage to explore how thoughts can affect feelings and behaviours. This can be particularly beneficial when working with neuro divergence issues. Alison's holistic approach is individually tailored to emphasize both personal and relational healing. With a compassionate, client-centred focus, Alison supports individuals in exploring and navigating life's daily challenges working with clients and issues including Addiction, Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Loss, Relationship issues, Stress and Trauma.
